Condolence: Phil was a great man that obviously loved the Lord. I can remember church performances they ask Phil to be the narrator because his voice had presents. He was so active in the Gideon's that as a senior he would leave us younger guys in the dust. He's was inspiring. There were so many great things about him that would take a book to tell. He'll be greatly missed.

Condolence: Just want to express our gratefulness when we were in need of a van for transportation when I had my halo, 16 years ago, Phil & Evelyn graciously took us Christmas shopping and to our children's music concerts, and to church for the 3 month duration of my halo.

Condolence: The news of Phil's passing has saddened all of Gale's English Gardens family. We extend our sincere condolences for your loss.
