Obituary for Timothy Allen Foust

Timothy Allen Foust 04/09/1952-01/26/2023

On the morning of January 26th, 2023 Timothy Allen Foust passed away peacefully in his sleep at home from stage 4 lung cancer with his partner of 37 years by his side. He had been sick and in the hospital since Christmas; his partner brought him home for hospice on January 24th. He will be joining his mother Patricia Sullivan, his father Hershel Foust, and his sister Karen (Foust) Megge in Heaven. Tim is survived by his partner Clifford McBride, his brothers Mike, Randy, Robert, and his sister Tammy, as well as several nieces and nephews. Tim wanted to join the military at 17 but needed a parents signature. Since his mom wouldn’t do it, he went to his dad who signed the “permission slip”. He was in the military from 1971-1974. He spent most of his time in Germany earning several certifications in helicopter repair which was strange because he has a fear of heights. In 1986 Tim met his partner, they lived a very adventurous life, even though he preferred to be a homebody, he loved the adventures. They lived in Michigan, Florida, California and Nevada. Tim was an OTR truck driver with his partner for over 20 years. He also became a slot tech in Vegas for a few years then moved back to Michigan with his partner so they could spend some time with their aging moms. Tim had a beautiful soul, with a brilliant mind, accompanied by a huge heart filled with love. He will be missed more than words could ever say, with an eternal love second to none.
