Obituary for Randall Keith Wynn

Randall Keith “Randy” Wynn – Age 75 passed away on March 8, 2022, at his home in Harrison, MI. Randy was born on August 6, 1946, in Birmingham, AL to parents Alton Edward and Sallie Betty (Fells) Wynn, one of eight children. Randy proudly served in the US Army. Upon his honorable discharge, he began working as a metal finisher, which he did for most of his working life. He married the love of his life, Catherine Marie Riley, at the East Toledo Baptist Church in Ohio on December 27, 1972. They resided in Toledo until they moved to Harrison, 22 years ago. Randy was a member of the Moose Lodge, the American Legion, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles. He enjoyed cutting grass and gardening. His favorite thing to grow in his garden was okra and had a reputation for producing the best French radishes, which he sold to locals in the community.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Catherine Wynn, his children, Sandra (John) Rodriguez of Toledo, OH, Michael (Amy) Grant of Spring Hill, FL, Pamela Skeens of Toledo, OH, Debra Compton of Portland, OR, and Teresa Williams of Spring Hill, FL, many many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and great great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other extended family, a brother, Verbon (Nancy) Wynn of AL, and sisters Lassalle Hayes of AL and Bonnie Laird of MS.
He was preceded in death by a son, John Grant, his parents, Alton and Sallie Wynn, and brothers Alfred, Mervin, Melvin (Marrietta), and sister Nell.
According to his wishes, a cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life service is scheduled for Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 12:00 noon at the Clare Moose Lodge.
