Obituary for Larry Lee Buhl
Larry Lee Buhl, age 74, passed away on March 24, 2023.
Larry was born on January 24, 1949 at the family home in Tennessee. The family later moved to Clarkston, where he married and raised two children. He was a very hardworking man and cleaned their church on his off-hours.
He was employed as a carpenter for many years building houses, and later worked at Ventra in Evart. He eventually retired in Lake, MI. Even though he was retired he was always busy.
He enjoyed buying, repairing and selling tractors, vehicles, motorcycles and boats. He loved going to auctions and flea markets with his best friend and life partner, Laura Malosh. He was loved and will be sorely missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his children Michelle (Larry) McCurry and Keith (Anne) Buhl, his brother David (Lynn) Buhl, his sister Cathy Freeman and brother Derold Abbas, 3 granddaughters and 7 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruby (Reed) and Otis Buhl and his sister Vicki (Don) Franckoviak.
According to his wishes a funeral service will not be held. A Celebration of Life Service will take place in the future.
